"Walk-in" Therapy Sessions

When you’re having a problem, don’t sit on a waitlist while your problem gets worse. Receive the support you need, when you need it through walk-in therapy.

A walk-in is one-time, non-crisis session with an available therapist booked with a short-wait or same-day timeframe. Presently we are offering online therapy walk-in appointments, designed to provide support, help you tackle a problem, and assist with next steps.

**These sessions are available during times that each practitioner has available in their schedule and are not guaranteed to be available on short notice.**

Is "Walk-in" Therapy right for me?

  • You're not having a crisis, but lately you could use some support

  • Your anxiety and bad moods are starting to interfere with work, school, or home

  • You've had a big life event that's left you reeling


  • You don't need ongoing therapy, but want a session with an experienced, impartial, professional licensed therapist

How it Works


Make sure that a "walk-in" therapy appointment is right for your non-crisis situation.


Before your first session, you’ll fill out our online intake forms to gather the relevant information needed to begin treatment.


In your single session, you and your therapist will seek solutions to help make a difference for you, right now.

"Walk-in," or single-session therapy appointments start at $150 per session, no doctor referrals are necessary, and fees may be reimbursed by extended health benefit plans.


Please note: Walk-in appointments are not for those experiencing serious mental health issues such as thinking about suicide or wanting to die, severe paranoia, explosive anger issues, and hallucinations or delusions (or difficulty knowing what is real and what is not).
