In March 2020, Limestone Clinic shifted to entirely virtual care in light of our global Coronavirus pandemic. We did this to take the safest route for our staff and our customers.

By taking early action to ensure everyone's health, we have been able to remain open and to offer all the support you need during this historic time.

We do all of the same stuff online as we do in person, so what we offer is not changing at all, just how you get to your appointments, saved travel time and inconvenience, and, you save on parking costs! You're welcome!

At Limestone Clinic, we’re experts in listening and helping Kingston adults, teens, and kids feel better. We’ll leave the judgement to those other psychotherapists. Our staff of psychologists, social workers, and registered psychotherapists provide support to tackle your toughest emotional issues through our weekly, online talk therapy sessions. We know that inconsistent, wishy-washy therapy just doesn’t work. Once your intake process is completed, we recommend that you commit to at least 6 – 8 sessions to ensure you can 'dig in' and make the progress you need for lasting change.
