Meet Alexander

Queer, trans, and neurodivergent-affirming

20260127-035313-74769.jpg

Alexander works with people exploring identity, gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, grief, and emotional overwhelm, especially those who have spent too long feeling misunderstood or like they had to explain themselves to be helped.

As a queer, trans, autistic therapist, with the low-down on what narcissism really is like to live with, he offers affirming care that feels deeply human, gentle, and genuinely understanding, with space to unpack patterns and finally exhale.

You do not have to teach your therapist how to support you here.

Questions People Often Ask Alexander

You do not have to mask, over-explain, or have everything perfectly organized before starting therapy. Here are a few common questions people ask before booking with Alexander.

1. Will Alexander be a good fit if I am queer, trans, or still figuring myself out?

Affirming support for identity, gender, and belonging.

Yes. Alexander creates a calm, affirming space for people exploring identity, gender, sexuality, belonging, and relationships. Many clients appreciate not having to over-explain themselves or brace for judgment before they can even begin.

2. Can Alexander help if I am neurodivergent or think I might be?

Neurodivergent clients often feel understood here.

Absolutely. Alexander works well with people who are autistic, ADHD, otherwise neurodivergent, or still trying to understand how their brain works. You do not need a formal diagnosis to start.

3. What if I have spent a lot of my life feeling misunderstood?

A strong fit for people who have long felt misunderstood.

That is exactly the kind of experience Alexander often helps with. He tends to work well with people who feel “too much,” too sensitive, different, masked, or chronically misunderstood, and who want therapy to feel more affirming and less exhausting.

4. Can Alexander help with grief, loss, sadness, or major life transitions?

Support for grief, loss, and major life changes.

Yes. Alexander supports people moving through grief, loss, depression, identity shifts, relationship changes, and those “I do not know who I am anymore” seasons of life. His style tends to be steady, thoughtful, and grounded.

5. What if I have a hard time opening up or trusting people?

Trust can build slowly here, without pressure.

That is very common. Alexander does not tend to rush people into vulnerability before they are ready. He focuses on creating a space that feels respectful, calm, and low-pressure so trust can build naturally over time.

6. Will therapy with Alexander just be supportive, or will it actually help me move forward?

Supportive therapy that also helps you move forward.

Alexander is warm and validating, but he is not just there to nod sympathetically for 50 minutes. He helps people notice patterns, make sense of what is going on, and move toward meaningful change in a way that feels thoughtful and manageable.

7. Does Alexander offer evening appointments?

Evening appointments may sometimes be available.

Alexander may have some evening availability, which can be especially helpful for people balancing work, school, parenting, or busy daytime schedules. Availability can change, so the admin team can let you know what is currently open.
