Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF:

• From your first session of the day to your last, you love providing high-retention, high-value psychotherapy services and find emotional healing to be meaningful and energizing

 

• You're not interested in the slog of getting clients in the door, the outlays for rent, equipment and overhead, not to mention having to handle all the blah blah blah of leases, contracts, billing, bookkeeping, and other administrative duties that come with having a successful practice—you prefer to help people, help people, and help people some more!

 

• You are great with computers, great with attention to detail, like to follow instructions, and do your best to check all the boxes in your job description and professional team membership at the clinic.

• You want to be able to walk into your office, connect with your teammates, complete you work tasks, see your clients, complete your documentation on the same day, and go home feeling fulfilled by the help you have provided and the people you have spent time with that day

 

• You love being a part of a team, especially with friendly, outgoing, smart, motivated others who are invested in providing exceptionally high-quality services to the community

 

• You are licensed in Ontario as a Clinical Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist, or other licensed provider, who is professional, ethical, well-trained, driven, flexible, and confident with working in a fast-paced environment with whoever needs to come see you

 

• You have excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong attention to detail

 

 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• At this time we are only seeking applications from individuals who have or who are in the process of obtaining licenses to work as therapists

 

• If you do not have a license or are not in the process of obtaining a license, we welcome you to reapply for a position with Limestone Clinic at a point in the future when you meet this criterion
