Think:
Real, collaborative, and refreshingly honest. Especially great for people who want less fluff, more clarity, and therapy that feels down-to-earth.

Great Fit If:
You struggle with OCD, intrusive thoughts, ADHD, anxiety, panic, or feeling emotionally all over the place
You want someone real, down-to-earth, and not at all stuffy or pretentious
You like therapy that feels casual, collaborative, and honest without losing depth
You are dealing with grief, burnout, depression, phobias, anger, or trauma and want tools that actually help
You want someone compassionate who will still challenge you to grow
You are a postsecondary student or a high-functioning person whose internal life feels much messier than it looks from the outside
You do not want psychobabble, therapist voice, or fluffy nonsense
You want therapy that feels human, practical, and emotionally real, but a provider who is sharp and can handle complex stuff

💡 You don’t need to be falling apart to ask for more from your life.
I became a therapist because therapy saved me—multiple times.
When I was 21, I lost my best friend suddenly. Grief, mood disorder, eating disorder—everything hit at once. I found an amazing therapist who helped me feel seen, steady, and hopeful again. Years later, after a tough separation and a bout of postpartum depression, I refused to go back to therapy… so I did the next most dramatic thing: I applied to a master’s program in psychotherapy.
That decision changed everything.
Through that journey—and getting back in the therapy chair—I remembered how life-changing this work really is. Now, I’m here to do the same for others.
🧠 Specialties I Love to Work With
ADHD (official or suspected—yep, even if you’re “high functioning”)
OCD & Intrusive Thoughts
Anxiety & Panic
Emotional Burnout
Phobias (even the oddly specific ones)
Trauma & EMDR Therapy
Anger & Mood Dysregulation
Therapy with me is about more than just “feeling better.” It’s about feeling everything—honestly, safely, and with tools that actually help you move through the mess and into more clarity.
💬 What Therapy With Me Feels Like
It’s collaborative, casual, and grounded in respect. There’s space for your tears and your sarcasm. We’ll go at your pace—but we’ll go deep. I'm not stuffy or pretentious. You're more likely to find me in my worn-in jeans than dress slacks - but, hey - comfy is how I do my best work. I want you to be comfortable, too - but no SO comfortable that you're not challenging yourself to learn and grow. That's no bueno.
No therapist voice. No psychobabble. Just a real human conversation where I'll share what I know with you, so you get to feel supported and challenged and you can start to see those shifts you've been craving.
🌈 A Bit More About Me
I rub my feet together to fall asleep (don’t knock it—it works).
I drink, like, four different beverages at all times.
Slushies? All the flavours - I need a taste rainbow. Tattoo therapy? I think it's a thing.
To keep myself moving and grounded, I do one random act of kindness a day and you can pretty much guarantee you'll find me frequently walking my two gorgeous huskies.
I exercise daily, laugh hard, and love helping clients navigate both the hard truths and the glimmers of joy. My therapy style is equal parts compassionate and real-talk. You don’t need to show up polished—just honest.
