GREAT FIT IF YOU'RE...
Carrying trauma or difficult past experiences that are still affecting how you feel, react, relate, or function today.
Feeling like your nervous system is reacting as though the 'thing' is still happening.
Struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, shame, or guilt.
ADHD or neurodivergent and looking for support that 'gets' the way your brain actually works.
Ready for therapy to connect the dots between what happened then and what's happening now.
Meet Bekah
Direct, curious, and nervous-system aware.

Bekah works with adults carrying trauma, PTSD, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, ADHD and neurodivergence, burnout, relationship difficulties, and past experiences that continue to show up in the present—even when you understand intellectually that the danger is over.
With a background in behavioural psychology, adult education, and counselling psychology, Bekah brings a naturally analytical lens to trauma therapy. Her work is trauma-focused, practical, and curious, helping clients understand the connections between past experiences, present-day patterns, emotions, behaviour, and nervous-system responses.
What happened matters. So does what your brain and body learned to do to survive it. Let’s figure out what they need now.
Areas of Support
Bekah supports adults working through trauma and PTSD, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, neurodivergence, burnout, and the lasting effects difficult experiences can have on everyday life.
Her approach is trauma-focused, curious, and practical, with attention to the connections between past experiences, present-day patterns, emotions, behaviour, and nervous-system responses. She helps clients understand not just what they are experiencing, but what may be keeping those responses going.

Therapy with Bekah feels thoughtful, straightforward, trauma-focused, and curious about what is happening underneath the surface.
