Hi! I’m Alicia 👋 —the one answering your call, replying to your email, and guiding you through your first steps toward therapy. And right away, I want you to know: this is not just a front desk role for me. This is about connection. It’s about helping you feel safe, supported, and informed—before you even meet your therapist.

This role wasn’t just a random job switch—I left the teaching world to do this, on purpose. Why? Because helping people feel less alone in hard moments is one of the most important things I can imagine doing with my life.

My communication style? Clear, friendly, and professional. I listen with care, I speak with respect, and I stay focused on what matters most: helping you get the right support. I'm not here to dazzle with jargon or rush you through a process. I’m here to make sure you feel confident in your next step—even if that means directing you to support outside our clinic. I want what's best for you, and I care 🫶, very deeply, about my role in helping you get it.

I’ve been told I’m “not scary,” “super helpful,” and “weirdly prepared”—I'll take it.
I doom-scroll like the rest of us, swear occasionally, and sing often (not great, but joyful).
I’m a proud mom of two golden-haired goofballs who love summer trailer life, family snuggles, craft time, and Fortnite.
I love giving thoughtful gifts to people who I love. 🎁
I also love spending time at the spa with my work fam when we can arrange it. 💆‍♀️
My dream job title? Chief Warm Welcome Officer. Or sometimes, when I'm WFH and my kids have the flu, or Dr. Kris can't find the receipts she needs for her accountant, another title could be Care-Centric Chaos Coordinator.
